How to solve air conditioner ice formation problem in hindi
नमस्कार दोस्तो आज हम सीखेंगे air conditioner में होने वाली ice formation problem को solve करना ।
Introduction - ice formation ये वो problem है जब ac के suction pipe, discharge pipe और evaporator पे किसी कारण बर्फ जमने लगता है तो हम उसे ice formation कहते है ।
Reasons -
- Indoor air filter choke
- Cooling coil choke
- Blower blade choke
- Fan motor speed low
- Gas pipe line pinch
- Capillary tube choke
- Filter/dryer choke
- Refrigrent under charge
Solution -
1. Indoor air filter choke - indoor में लगे air filter ज्यादा गन्दे हो जाने पे blower air को पूरी तरह से बाहर नहीं निकाल पाता है, जिसके कारण evaporator पे आने वाली गर्मी भी reduce हो जाती है, और evaporator का temperature घटने लगता है ।
2. Cooling coil choke - cooling coil भी ज्यादा गन्दा हो जाने पे cooling coil से air पास नही हो पाता है ।
3. Blower blade choke - blower ज्यादा गन्दा हो जाने पे air को बाहर flow नही करवा पाता है जिसके कारण evaporator का temperature काफी घट जाता है और उसी के कारण evaporator पे ice जम जाती है ।
4. Fan Motor slow - Fan की भी speed slow हों जाने की वजह से evaporator का temperature घट नही पाता है जिसकी वजह से भी evaporator पे बर्फ जमने लगता है ।
बाकी सारे reasons mechanical failure के अंतर्गत आते हैं ।
